Overcoming Student Burnout Focus Group

Student Stress Can Lead To Burnout

With the many new responsibilities and pressures faced by students, stress is inevitable. All this pressure can quickly get out of control and lead to burnout, which is defined as a physical or mental collapse caused by overwork or stress.

Stress management is an important life skill that every student needs to learn. When learned early in life, stress management can help reduce the risk of many stress-related illnesses later in life.

New students are particularly eager to work hard. Over time, as motivation increases, the pressure to succeed can easily lead to stress. Once the energy begins to dwindle, and the desire to keep up with peers and student life becomes overwhelming, stress can lead to burnout.

Learn how to overcome student stress and avoid burnout during my focus group dedicated to managing stress while improving academic success. All are welcome, as stress management is a much-needed skill, many adults in the workforce have yet to learn. Learning stress management skills now will set you apart when it comes time to apply for jobs!

She believes the vast majority of people are not where they desire to be, not because they lack talent, potential or ability, but because their minds are programmed to recreate the same results they want to change. They wish to change their life, expand their business and grow into success but their beliefs are controlling and limiting their results. The plasticity and flexibility of the human brain in any age allows for the change and improvement of the quality of thinking and decision making.
Azita shares practical, proven and effective tools and techniques that help raise awareness and break the old habitual ways of thinking, and to replace them with new knowledge and habits that can translate into effective action and desired results.

Azita offers personal development and leadership mastermind series, lunch and learns and coaching sessions to anyone who wants to enjoy a higher level of success.

A Life Skill You Won’t Learn Anywhere Else

Unfortunately, stress management isn’t usually one of the life skills that are taught to students, but they are among one of the most useful tools you can use throughout life.

During my Overcoming Student Burnout Focus Group, I will provide useful techniques for both avoiding stressful situations and reducing stress when it’s unavoidable. For example, by learning how to be organized and prioritize your time, you can prevent too much procrastination and the stress that comes with scrambling last minute. Too many students fall into this habit, causing lower grades and leading to even more stress.

By joining this group, you will be tasked with daily challenges to help you overcome student-related stress from exam anxiety to balancing a social life with academic importance. We will discuss how to create a stress-free environment and how to identify your learning style to increase your academic confidence.
